He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Fout (Becky) of Frankfort, Tim Fout (Alice), Chris Fout (Laurie) of Clarksburg and Justin Fout (Charmarie) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Meghan, Ben, Heather, Ryan, Jennifer, Logan and Zach; his sisters, Martha Posey (Joe) of Greenfield, Janet Elliott (Ralph) of Chillicothe, Sharon McCray (Mitchell) of Brook Park, Mary Miller of Frankfort and Vicky Merriman (Gary) of Jeffersonville; and his pets, Otey and Lily Mae. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
