He is survived by: his mother Annie Combs Lindsey of Clarksburg; his spouse Veneta "Nickie" Rosenberger; his children, Bonnie Williams (Richard) of Clarksburg, Chasity Cook (Randy) of Washington Courthouse, James Lindsey (Michelle) of New Holland and Jonathon Rager of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Tory Crispen, Miranda Lindsey, Faith Lindsey, Keira Williams, Richard "Bub" Williams III, Jonathon Rager and Reiley Cook; his great grandchild Michael Crispen; and his siblings, Eleanor Massie of Clarksburg, Sharon Parker (Paul) of Clarksburg, John Lindsey of Nevada and Steve Lindsey of Frankfort.
