He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rutherford and Rosa Rutherford (Morris); his daughter Angela D. Rutherford; his parents-in-law, George Acton and Ellen Fisher (Roll); his siblings, Newman Rutherford (Gloria), Cecil Rutherford (Nora), Ruby Jayne (Stafford), Edith Parsons (Vinley) and Bernice Mills (Leroy); and his brother-in-law Keith Acton.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Rutherford (Acton); his sons, Lee Rutherford (Misty Howsmon), Rod Grabill and Ken Grabill (Julie); his grandchildren, Maddie Grabill (Levi Lane) and Olivia Grabill; his sister Lafern Bailey (Charles); his siblings-in-law, Mike Mace (Dianna) and Valarie Acton; and his uncle Bernie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
