He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mann and Tora Miller Mann; and his sister Phyllis Thompson. He is survived by: his significant other Norma Pennell of Frankfort; his children, Richard Mann (Jamie) of Midwest City, OK and Anita Cox (Chad) of Lebanon, TN; his sister Paula Pearson of Lawrenceburg, IN; and also Dave Graham of Wellston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
