She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth P. Watts and Pascaline Capeldo Watts; and her sister Pam Rodgers. She is survived by: her children, Angela Gordon of Chillicothe and Eugene Keeton of Lucasville; and her siblings, Diana Everhart of Chillicothe, Shirley McCoy of Chillicothe, Lynn Simmons of Chillicothe and Thomas Watts of Washington, C. H.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great - grandchild.
