We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2020, at the age of 85, Walter Finney (Fowler, Ohio), born in Dunbar, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Finney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Finney and Pauline Finney; his wife Beverly; his children-in-law, Albert "Butch" Starcher and Tracy; his grandson Branden; and his brother Thomas Finney.

He is survived by: his children, Greg (Marylou) of Champion, Janice (Bryan) of Cortland and Lisa Starcher of Fowler; his grandsons, Greg, Jr. (Michelle) of Bazetta, Brett and Blake Starcher of Fowler; his great grandchildren, Brett, Bailey of Fowler, Maddox of Florida and Merrick of Bazetta; and his siblings, Douglas and Donna of Florida.
