She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth E. Jones and Ruth Brown Jones; her sister Velva Clupper; her sister-in-law Linda Jones; and her niece Lori Ott.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hubbard of Fowler and Kenneth Poltar of Grafton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Quintin Hubbard (Chloe) and Alexandra Hubbard-Rhoads (Tony); her brother Ronald Jones of Vienna; her brother-in-law Bill Clupper; her nieces, Sharon Zimmerman and Kari Filipovich; and her nephew Randy Hilliard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nancy's name to the Memorial Fund of the Hartford Community Church, P.O. Box 38, Hartford, Ohio 44424.
