It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Royden Rhine of Fowler, Ohio, born in Homer City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Rhine and Martha Laney Rhine; his grandson Bobby Rhine; his stepgrandson Eric Paolone; his siblings, Nancy Frederick and Jerry Rhine; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Brown and Bill Bettiker.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthanne Bettiker Rhine; his children, Melinda Sines (Ron) of New Hampshire and Robert Rhine (Sheri) of Fowler; his granddaughters, Nicole Rhine of Columbus, Jordan Sines of Indiana and Jaclyn Walters (Justin) of Cortland; his great grandchild Tripp Walters of Cortland; his siblings, Ted Rhine (Carol) of Hartford, Roy Rhine of Leavittsburg and Wanda Deverick (Doll) of Fowler; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Bettiker (Sally) of Fowler and Kim Bettiker of Fowler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Fowler Fire Department at 3386 Youngstown Kingsville Road in Fowler.
