He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Curtis and Mary Louise Penrose (Bodi); his stepfather Ralph Bee; and his daughter-in-law Terry Penrose. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Penrose of Cortland and Marc Penrose (Stephanie) of Fowler; his granddaughters, Alexis, Ashley and Abbey; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Marcella; and his siblings, Sharlene Greene of Niles, Judy Price of Fowler and Laun Bee of Niles. He is also survived by his many nieces & nephews.
