He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Nelson and Alice Mae Koelliker Koehnlein. He is survived by: his wife Amy J. White Koehnlein; his children, Paul H. Koehnlein of Niles, Judy L. Albright (Larry) of Westerville and Patty A. Koehnlein of Niles; and his grandchildren, Catie D. Albright and Gillian C. Costantino.
