He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Cunningham and Cathy Pascarella Cunningham; his wife Felecia Durman Cunningham; his children, Andrew J., Parker, Carter, Landon Cunningham, Peyton Schultz, Alyena Cunningham and Josie Cunningham; and his brother Kenny Cunningham.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to be put in his children's educational fund.
