He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cochran and Dorothy Cochran (Myers); and his stepmother Ruth Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Betty Cochran of Fostoria; his children, James Peters (Shannon), Curtis Peters (Brenda), Donald Cochran (Michele) of Fostoria, Tonya Brickner (Ed) of Fostoria, Kathy Bryant of Galion, Cindy Leitch of Argus and Beth Milligan (Matt) of Fostoria; and his brothers, Duane Cochran (Sue) of Fostoria and Roger Cochran of Tiffin. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
