She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Arnold and Mildred Mary David (King); her husband Robert W. Curlis; her son Jamie R. Curlis; her stepson Keith Curlis; and her brothers, Thomas David, Drew David and John Brubaker.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Curlis of Fostoria; her siblings, Linda Tyson (Mark) of Risingsun, James David of New Hampshire and Carl Brubaker (Elaine) of Perrysburg; her grandchildren, Kelsey and Jaylyn; her stepgrandchildren, Shane and Jerami; her great grandchildren, Zariyeh and Zaomi; and her brothers-in-law, Woody Curlis of Findlay, Thomas Curlis of Helena and Randy Curlis (Luanne) of Helena. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
