Joseph of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jefferson Joseph, Jr. and Janet Chapman Joseph; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dale; his children, Wendy Carbone (Dave), Jeff Joseph (Louanne) and Jennifer Cook (Craig); his grandchildren, Anthony Carbone (Megan), Addison Carbone (Taylor), Tyler Joseph (Myranda), Caleb Joseph (Alison), Dalton Cook, Madeline Cook and Laura Cook; his great grandchildren, Josie Carbone, Sunnie Carbone, Evie Joseph, Odin Joseph and Callahan Joseph; and his brother William.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to City Mission, Findlay and/or The Community Foundation, Re: Tom and Carol Dale-Joseph.
