It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Taylor Louise Hoffman (Fostoria, Ohio), who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald Hoffman; and her grandfather James Frey. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Haver; her stepfather Scott Haver; her sisters, Jordan Haver and Zoe Hoffman; her stepsister Sophie Apostolou; her stepmother Katina Apostolou; and her grandparents, Helen Frey, Polly and Jim Hoffman.

Donations can be made to the Toledo Zoo, Columbus Zoo or any foundation for suicide prevention in Taylor's memory.
