He is survived by: his parents, Richard Addy and Judy Addy (Keener) of Centerville; his wife Brenda Addy of Fostoria; his children, Jacoby Addy of Jerry City and Hanna Renny (Addy) of Cleveland; his stepchildren, Justin Bowser (James) and Nikki Heldman (Daniel) of Findlay; his brothers, Eric Addy (Pamela) of Coshocton and Curtis E. Addy of Centerville; his grandchildren, Bradan, Sabrina, Noah, Logan and Hunter; and his nephew Colin E. Addy. He is also survived by many aunts & uncles.
