She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred D. Starkey and Pearl M. Starkey (Stahl); her husband Raymond Duane Souder; and her brother Donald Starkey. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Beth Souder (Jeff Michel) of Reedtown, Kristy Miller of Tiffin, Lori Knupp (Craig) of Fostoria and Timothy Souder (Becky) of New Riegel; her grandson Nicholas Miller; her siblings-in-law, Velma Starkey of Willard, Ruth Souder, Barb Souder of Houghton Lake, MI and Edward Souder of Fostoria; and her nephew Joel Starkey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Seneca County Fair or to a charity of the donor's choice.
