Roxann Browning Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2023, at the age of 64, Roxann Browning of Fostoria, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joann Browning and Evers; her brothers, Tracy and Watson Browning; and her grandparents, J. W. Browning and Jessie Evers.
She is survived by: her sister Brenda "Gail" Tucker (Champ) of Fostoria; her aunt Addie North of Fostoria; and her caregivers, Vicky, Randy, Dawn and Winston. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
