He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Roemelen (Boes) and Robert E. Roemelen; his wife Allamae Bartron; his stepfather Luther McGaha; and his cousin Ronnie Dickey.
He is survived by: his family, Robert E. Roemelen III (Chnea "Yoyo") of Fremont, Charles E. "Chucky" and Tina Mae Peroni of Fostoria; his grandchildren, Bridget Roemelen of Fostoria and Taylor Mae Slone of Fostoria; his great grandchild Aubree Slone of Fostoria; his stepgrandchildren, Trae Marks of Fort Worth and Lacey Marks of Tiffin'; and his siblings, Michael Roemelen (Kay), David McGaha, Neal McGaha (Heidi), Danny McGahah, Philip McGaha, Elain Brown, Mary Helen Desko and Shirline Caven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tina Peroni or Robert Roemelen III.
