She was predeceased by: her husband John H. McIntyre Sr.; her son John McIntyre Jr.; and her siblings, William Thacker, James Spears, Ann Chorre, Linda King and Betty Holbrook.
She is survived by: her children, James McIntyre (Lisa) of Sandusky, Joseph McIntyre of Graniteville, Jennifer McIntyre of Fostoria and Jonna Siferd (Rick) of Jenera; her grandchildren, Brandi McIntyre, James McIntyre Jr. (Paige), Ryan McIntyre (Heather), Austin, Ricky Siferd and Rachel McIntyre; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Reese and Wyatt McIntyre; and her sisters, Eddie Westenbarger of Fostoria, Arlene Hammer (Robert) of Fostoria and Wilma Ward (Keith) of Fostoria.
