It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Reinhard of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Crawford, Colorado, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Bibbee and Lena Bibbee (Kreais); and her siblings, Ernest, Russell, Karl Bibbee, Johnny, Aaron Wolfgang, Gladys Newell and Gladys Shafer.

She is survived by: her spouse Perry Jay Reinhard; her children, Curtis Reinhard (Jennie) of Tiffin and Kristine Reinhard of Fostoria; her grandchildren, Seleste and Garret; and her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Onyca and Dezmin.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Heartland Hospice.
