It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Richard of Fostoria, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Frank Rader; her husband John E. Richard; and her sisters, Cozetta Daring, Garlyn Saldausky and LaDonna Arnold.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Parsons (Charles) and Amy Williams (Greg); her grandchildren, Jonathan E. Parsons, Ellise Harvey (Todd), Sean Whitta (Sarah Kuch) and Mallory Williams (Aaron Dunlap); and her great grandchildren, Reed and Rowen Harvey.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Christian Church of Fostoria or to Ohio Living Health & Hospice in care of the funeral home.
