She was predeceased by: her parents, Raimond Pickens and Dorothy Pickens (Ulrich); her spouse Clair H. Cook; and her brothers, Raymond, Junior and Jay Pickens.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tina Lowery (Gary) of Fostoria, Tracy Shreffler (Kevin) of Helena, Trent Cook (Rene) of Risingsun and Teric Cook (Elizabeth) of Port Clinton. She is also survived by Eleven great grandchildren.
