She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Peter and Dorothy Mae Hohman (Munro); her daughter Nancy Ann Perry; and her siblings, Joan Hohman, Charles, George and Anthony Hohman.
She is survived by: her spouse Johnnie Q. Perry; her children, Martha Price (Craig) of Parkers Lake, KY, Stewart Michael Goodin (Misty) and Linda Rose (Lester) of Parkers Lake, KY; her grandchildren, Joshua Price, Mindy Goodin, Melissa Wolford, Micheal Rose, Christopher Rose, Sarah Rose, Stephanie Rose, Mary Bohanon and Kari Bohanon; and her brother Patrick Hohman. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
