He is survived by: his children, Pablo Velazquez Jr. of Fostoria, Mario Velazquez (Mendi) of Arlington, Jose Velazquez (Holly) of Fostoria, Monica Velazquez of Fostoria, Sandra Faison of Winter Haven, Maria Velazquez of Findlay and Rebecca Velazquez of Toledo; and his grandchildren, Serina, Kayla, Mackenzie, Ava, Bryanna, Pablo III, Kiala, Rashawn, Anthony III, Aaron, Shaliece, Kattrell Jr., Krishema, Corina, Corey Jr., Kyle, Mireya, Melayna, Liliana, Imani, AngeloZamir, AmariusAmir, Anthony Darnell Jr., Antennia, Diamanique, Deandre, Keniah and Keshon. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
