He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pedro "Pete" DeLaRosa and Frances DeLaRosa Sr. (Reyes); his wife Darlene Nye; his children, Omar DeLaRosa Jr. (Kelly), Arcadia, Sasha DeLaRosa, Hilliard, Dalton DeLaRosa, Kelly Mendoza and Mandy Mendoza; his grandchildren, Tristen, Kayden, Antonio, Austin, Selena, Mariyah, Lasea, Scarlette, Giavonni, Camilla and Dominic; his siblings, Pedro DeLaRosa Jr., John A. DeLaRosa, Mary A. Stewart (Daniel), Celia D. Herr (Dennis) and Anna M. DeLaRosa (Earl White); his sister-in-law Dawn DeLaRosa; his son Dusty Hick; and his brother Mario L. DeLaRosa.
