He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Steyer and Frances Steyer (Lenhart); and his siblings, Francis, Howard, Wilfred, Richard, Edward, Donald, Leon, Albert, Bernard, Geraldine Clouse, Agnes Brickner, Marguerite Coleman, Mary Etchen and Bernadine Gosche.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Romig; his children, Michelle Humes (Charles), Stephen (Drema), Georgia and Joseph (Monica); and his sister Pearl Nye. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Fostoria/Bascom Right to Life or to the Fostoria 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Assembly #845 in care of the funeral home.
