She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Wells and Kathryn Jean Carrel (Scharf); her brother John Carrel; and her sister-in-law Tess Carrel. She is survived by: her husband James M. Searles; her children, Bradley (Renee), Daniel Searles (Andrea) and Ann Rivas (Lixander); her grandchildren, Isabella Carolynn Shafto-Searles, Colton Searles, Baylee Searles, Kathryn Jane Searles, Maximo Rivas, Elijah Searles and Liam Rivas; and her siblings, Diane Hager (Roger) and Steve Carrel (LuAnn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Committal service will take place in the Veteran's Memorial Chapel at Fountain Cemetery Memorial Contributions.
