He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harter and Ethel Harter (Lilly); his wife Debra S. Lewis; his sisters, Betty Borders and Jill Witham; and his granddaughters, Bridgett and Sarah.
He is survived by: his children, Clay Lilly (Kendal) of Arcadia, Charlette Baxter (Jim) of Largo, FL, Amy Lilly, Arin Miller (Bill) and Brittany Steen (Cody) of Deshler; his stepchildren, Chad Nichols (Tish) and Michelle Drummond (Pete); his sisters, Sue Carr and Patti Watson (Dave) of Maumee; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kyle, Lillie, Jayonna, Kahlyia, Kayley, Keke, Brayzee, Lilly, Ella, Lindsay, Dylan and Ashlynn.
