She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Walker and Helen Faye Walker (Kelley). She is survived by: her husband Irvin "Butch" Smith of Fostoria; her children, Robert Smith (Stacy) of Tulsa, OK, John Smith of Fostoria and Amy Smith of Carter Lake, IA; and her brother Matthew Walker (Lori) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Interment Memorial Park Cemetery with a lunch following at the Walnut Hill Reception Center, 1350 E. Pierce St. The family will direct memorial contributions.
