He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary Striff Sr. (Omwake); his son Timothy Striff; and his brother Stephen Striff. He is survived by: his wife Mary Striff (Hampton) of Fostoria; his children, Todd Striff (Dawn) of Rutherfordton, NC, Leasia Ginnever (Martin) and Leslee Botello (Michael); his stepchildren, Christopher of Fostoria and Stephanie Baumunk of Fostoria; his sisters, Ruth Ann Conley of Lancaster and Janet Griffin (Tom); and his grandchildren, Logan Striff and Anthony Botello (Jeisel).
