He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Rowe and Bertha Rowe (Thomas); and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Rowe of Findlay; and his siblings, Betty Geren (Rob) of Fostoria and Bill Rowe (Becky) of Fostoria.
