He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Risner and Margaret Risner (Chalfin); and his brothers, Ed and James Risner. He is survived by: his wife Millie Risner of Fostoria; his children, Jaclyn Hardie (Steve) of Van Buren, Jennifer Olson (Chad) of Toledo, Rachel Risner of Fostoria and Jerry Risner (Tara) of Gibsonburg; his grandchildren, Maddy (Owen) and Stella; his siblings, John Heinsman (Gail) of Georgia, Bill Heinsman (Linda) of Georgia, Carl Heinsman (Carla) of Georgia, Jack Risner (Sondra) of Findlay and Sue Myers (Bruce) of Arcadia; and his sisters-in-law, Annette and Debra Risner.
