He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Kraylek (Sherlock); and his niece Kelly Cole. He is survived by: his father Ron Kraylek; his siblings, Bosco, Scott Kraylek (Faye), Craig Cole (Barbara) and Ronna Russell (Shawn); and his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Hannah Russell, Paige Woessner, Andrea, Sophia, Mileena Cole, Aubrey Showman, Kendall, Reagan Sprow, Bryan (Monica), Garrett, Sebastian Cole, Declan Showman, Kyle and Jace Haynes.
Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic, masks are required, and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
Memorial donations may be made to the Kraylek family for the Jay Kraylek Memorial Race. (The race will take place at a later date at 257 Speedway).
