He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hayes and Betty Hayes; his daughter Ashley; his siblings, James "Hazel" Hayes, Barb Kopp and Karen Joseph; and his great-niece Vivian Ward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Crowe (Sammy) and Maxine Hayes; his stepchildren, Carmen Agerter (Craig), Michael Crowe, Anthony Crowe, Michael Young, Craig Young (Angela) and Stephen Busack; and his brothers, Todd Hayes and Michael Hayes (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
