She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Ray" Sullenberger; her parents, Elmo Adkins and Mary "Alma" Adkins; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Sis" Oldaker, Minnie "Teenie" Jeffries, Brenda Tucker, Douglas "Mack" Adkins and John Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, David Sullenberger (Casey), Robin Cattell (Randy), Julie Bradner (Randy) and Susie Husted (Jim); and her siblings, Helen Bowers, Wanda Sikes, Dean Adkins and Benny Adkins. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
