She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Apple and Irene Apple (Lawrence); and her half-brother Larry Apple. She is survived by: her former husband Carl D. Sampson; and her sons, Devon of Fostoria and David Sampson of Fostoria. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
