He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waters and Eva Waters; his stepfather Orlo Kuhn; and his brother Monte. He is survived by: his daughters, Pagee Waters-Dyer of Fostoria and Lindsey Waters of Fostoria; and his grandchildren, Marcus Waters-Lynch, Gabrielle and Nicholas Dyer.
