She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Guy and Marion Kehrwecker (Waters); her husband Charles Williams; and her brother Charles Kehrwecker. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Kizer (David) of Fostoria; her sister Carol Woodland of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Kizer (Lori) and Jennifer Curts (Tom). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
