He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Emmet Thomas Sheeran Sr.; his wife Rita Rumschlag; his sons, Brian and Adam Sheeran; and his brother Patrick Sheeran.
He is survived by: his children, Jessie Rae Sheeran (Jennifer Hamberg) of Minnesota and Nathan Thomas Sheeran (Linda) of Fostoria; his grandchildren, Xavier, Ethan, Melody, Elijah and Lucy; his siblings, Mary Ann Flynn (Errol) of Bonita Springs, Fla, Michael Sheeran (late Patricia) of Bryan, Kathryn Brown (Randolph) of Bonita Springs, Fla and Nancy M. Dana (late Randall); and also Dan Hannon of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
