He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Marietta Smith (Unverferth); and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Lori Robbins (Craig), Kelli Hickle and Jason Smith (Abby); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Joshua, Jeremy, Christopher Robbins, Tyler, Kylee, Jayce, Asia, Ryen, Jersee Smith, Alia, Tabatha and P. J. Walters. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
