He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Bostwick-Hayward; and his brother Kenneth H. Bostwick. He is survived by: his children, Dakota Bostwick, Baili Bostwick-Stafford, Cleveland, Aliecia Moran and Jakob Bostwick; and his grandchildren, Zina and Dee.
