He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Edward and Fransis Corene Wagner (Lee); his wife Georgia Ann Smith; and his sister Vicki Roth. He is survived by: his daughters, Dodi Woolley of Fostoria and Marla Wagner of Fostoria; and his brother William Wagner. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
