He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Long and Vilora S Long (Harris); his spouse Shelly Long; and his siblings, Stephen Long, Douglas Long, Lois Howell, Mary Payne, Robert "Bam" Long, Eva Ginn, Donna Keels and Daniel "Putt" Long.
He is survived by: his former wife Paulette Long (Baker); his children, Lorena Baker of Fostoria, Michael Baker (Kim) of Fostoria, Suprena Johnson (Jamie) of Fostoria, Claudia Erminelli (Robert) of Adams, TN and Matthew Long of Fostoria; and his brother Lawrence "Eddie" Long (Loretta "Mickie") of Columbus. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Long family requests that contributions in his memory be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
