He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Mullins and Edna Mullins (Craft); his wife Marie (Wilcox); his daughters, Teresa Marshall and Mary Feight; his siblings, Ray Mullins, Robert Mullins, Henry Mullins, Charles Mullins, Illeen Sturgill and Mary Quillen; and his great grandchild Rebekah Feight.
He is survived by: his children, Clarence "Ed" Mullins Jr. (Tina) of Bellevue, Liz Darnell (David) of Fostoria and Melissa Mullins of Bloomville; his grandchildren, Ashley Mullins of Bellevue, Nathan Mullins (Lauren) of Fort Wayne, Joshua Morgret (Jennifer) of Kansas, Justin Feight (Allison) of Jamestown, Jasmyn Mullins of Tiffin and Manny Mullins of Bloomville; his great grandchildren, Lindsay Robinson of Tiffin, Norah, Isaac Mullins of Fort Wayne, Blaine Myers (Jayden) of Chicago, Levi Myers (RaeAnna) of Tiffin, Jaden Myers of Findlay, Jackson Morgret of Kansas, Abigail and Benjamin Feight of Jamestown; his great great grandchild Adelina Myers of Tiffin; his sisters-in-law, Mildred Mullins of Nebraska, Betty Baker of Fremont and Kay Mullins of Carey; and his close friend Earlie Spradlin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to either Jesus On Wheels, where he was a spiritual advisor to his son and family's food pantry, or Bridge Hospice.
