It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Mercer of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mercer and Gertrude Mercer (Hill); and his half-sister Mary Ann Deuble. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rice; his daughters, Holly Ann Brown (David), Kayla Mercer and Crystal Mercer; his stepdaughter Tina Thornton; and his granddaughter Izabella Winland.
