He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bush and Ruth Gertrude O'Neill (Schlegel); his daughter Catherine Lynn Zellner; and his brothers, Ronald O'Neill and Robert O'Neill.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Howe; his son Charles Brian O'Neill; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Zellner, Gregory Zellner, Clayton O'Neill and Regan O'Neill Everhart; and his great grandchildren, Owen Zellner, Amelia Zellner and Cooper Zellner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
