He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jen" Anez of Fostoria; his sons, Cas Anez III of Upper Sandusky and David Hartley of Fostoria; his siblings, Maria Martinez (Jose) of Fostoria, Lolie Anez of Fostoria, Angie Schluchter (Rick) of Fostoria and Ricardo Anez (Manianela) of Gastonia; and his grandchildren, Seth, Paige, Erin, Tyler, Maya and Ella. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
