She is survived by: her husband José Antonio "Tony" Ayala of Fostoria, OH.; her children, John Jr., Adam, Amber, Angela Broski and Tabitha Ogden; her grandchildren, Devin, Serenity, Addison, Anna, Marcus, Brendan, Kirsten, Greyson and Addie; and her sisters, Janice Turpin (Dennis Webb), Melinda Turpin and Melissa Miller (Orville).
