She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Vicente Hernandez (Lil); her mother Maria Bernal of San Antonio, TX; her daughters, Lisa (Douglas), Cheeks and Linda Hatter III (Herbert); her grandchildren, Marcel Hatter, Marcus Hatter, Herbert Hatter IV (Naquelle Benson), Devin Hatter (Alicia Martinez), Sierra Johnson Sr. (Jacob), Cheriyan, Gabriel, Christian, Ahzenet, Amelia and Nadia Hatter; her great grandchildren, Bryson Hatter, Herbert Hatter V, Oakland Hatter, Jacob Johnson Jr., Jaslynn Johnson, August Hatter, Jamier Johnson and Atticus Hatter; her siblings, Marvin Bernal (Yolanda), Bob Bernal (Krista Hammer), Alice Gonzales (Butch), Federal Way, Raul Bernal (Rachel), Estela Bernal, San Antonio, Sylvia Leal Jr. (Abel), John Bernal (Brenda), Fostoria Valdez and Rose Valdez (Raymond); her father Ismael Bernal; and her brothers, Mike Bernal, Joe Bernal and Mario Bernal.
Burial will take place in Mexico Cemetery.Memorials are suggested to St. Wendelin Church, Diabetes Foundation of NW Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
